Avviso progetto di investimento in FIA infrastrutturali
L’Ente di Previdenza dei Periti Industriali e dei Periti Industriali Laureati (EPPI) ha intenzione di avviare un’indagine di mercato in fondi di investimento alternativi nell’ambito dell’asset class infrastrutture e debito infrastrutturale.
I soggetti interessati sono invitati a far pervenire le proprie candidature entro la data del 5 giugno 2023, secondo le procedure e rispettando gli adempimenti indicati successivamente.
Le eventuali candidature pervenute non saranno in alcun modo vincolanti per l’Ente, che si riserva, caso per caso, di attivare o meno le proprie procedure di selezione esclusivamente sulla base delle proprie valutazioni discrezionali.
L’invio della relativa documentazione da parte del candidato interessato non precostituisce a suo favore alcun diritto né impegno assunto dall’EPPI nei suoi confronti.
I candidati interessati a partecipare alla selezione dovranno presentare un investimento che abbia le seguenti Caratteristiche e soddisfi i Requisiti di Ammissibilità stabiliti dall’Ente.
In ogni caso la sottoscrizione potrà avvenire solo dopo il primo closing e in presenza di almeno un investitore istituzionale.

- Modulo di Autodichiarazione: si può scaricare da qui (attenzione: da compilare in ogni sua parte e inviare firmato in formato .pdf).
- Presentazione marketing del Fondo.
- Questionario aggiornato di Due Diligence in formato ILPA (se disponibile).
- Private Placement Memorandum e/o Regolamento del Fondo.
Non saranno tenute in considerazione le istanze pervenute oltre il termine sopra indicato.

Ente di Previdenza dei Periti Industriali e dei Periti Industriali Laureati (EPPI) plans to launch a beauty contest in alternative investment funds within the infrastructure and infrastructure debt asset class.
Interested parties are invited to apply no later than June 5, 2023, according to the procedures and by complying with the requirements outlined below.
The applications received will not be binding on EPPI, which reserves the right, on a case-by-case basis, to activate or not its selection procedures exclusively on the basis of its own discretionary evaluations.
The application does not constitute a right or commitment of EPPI to the applicant.
Applicants interested in participating in the selection should submit an investment that has the following characteristics and meets the eligibility requirements established by EPPI.
The subscription can take place only after the first closing and in the presence of at least one institutional investor.
